With no regulatory requirement to be of a minimum valuation, or to have a minimum track record in terms of revenue, profitability or number of years in operation before an IPO can take place, AIM, the London Stock Exchange’s market for growing companies, is one financing strategy that is potentially available to all types of growth companies, even at an early stage of a company’s development.
With companies continuing to secure capital as well as exits for their shareholders via an AIM IPO and post their AIM IPO, we would like to invite you to a roundtable discussion meeting where experts from the London Stock Exchange (AIM’s operator), Grant Thornton and Mills & Reeve will share with you their views and experiences of assisting companies in their preparation for raising capital from AIM investors. The discussion will include details of AIM’s eligibility criteria and the key accounting and legal priorities that companies will need to focus on when transacting an AIM IPO.
The meeting will be of most use to companies who are considering an AIM IPO as well as companies who are, or plan to be, evaluating their future exit and external capital raising options and wish to understand AIM as one such option in greater detail.
